Motions Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during drops, sales, or restocks — because every piece deserves careful attention before it ships.

Motions Return Exchange Policy

At Motions, every piece is created with intention — once it’s yours, it becomes part of your motion.
For that reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions and based on inventory availability.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is in its original packaging

We cannot guarantee exchanges for all sizes or styles — availability depends on current stock.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email [motions517@gmail.com] with:

  1. Your order confirmation number

  2. The name and address used for the order

  3. Photos clearly showing the item and the issue

  4. The size or item you’d like in exchange

Our team will review your request and confirm if an exchange is possible.

Exchange Process

If approved:

  • You’ll receive instructions for sending the item back to us.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the exchange (depending on stock).

  • If the item you requested is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative option or store credit.

Important 

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges sent without approval will not be accepted.
